Reena brings a strong background in hospitality, travel design, and digital execution, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset. She has extensive experience designing travel experiences, building business models, and developing web-based platforms that connect travelers with trusted services.
Entrepreneurial by heart, Reena is passionate about travel planning, experience curation, web development, and scalable business design — with a sharp focus on execution, professionalism, and clarity. Nomadly was created from her own experience as a traveler and relocator, driven by one simple belief: services should exist the way we wish they existed for ourselves.
Her work blends creativity with structure, and vision with real-world delivery.
MB Malazarte
Co-Founder | Client & Partner Strategy
MB has a background in Computer Science with hands-on experience in hardware and systems, bringing logic, structure, and technical insight into Nomadly's foundation. A passionate traveler and a master dancer, she is also the founder of BCDance36 Dance Lab, where she has successfully built and managed a creative business community.
Known as a natural go-getter, MB combines instinct with strategy — trusting impulse while grounding decisions in execution and sustainability. Her ability to move quickly, adapt, and apply creativity to business operations plays a vital role in Nomadly's growth and agility.
