1. Information We Collect
We collect your name, email, date of birth, profile photo, and challenge submission photos to provide the Nomadly Passport experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to verify your identity, track challenge completion, award NomadCoins, and personalize your experience. Profile photos are used to verify selfies in challenge submissions.
3. Photo Storage & Verification
All photos are stored securely and reviewed by Nomadly staff for verification purposes. Your profile selfie is compared with challenge selfies to prevent fraud.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Limited information may be shared with partner cafes when you complete their challenges. Admin staff can view your submissions for verification.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting hello@nomadly.travel.
6. Age Requirement
Users must be 16+ to use Nomadly Passport. Users under 18 require parental consent.
