Welcome to Nomadly, a travel and lifestyle marketplace connecting travelers, students, expats, and modern nomads with curated local businesses across Malta and Europe.

These Terms govern your use of the Nomadly platform and any interactions between Users and Partners.

Nomadly is a platform, not a service provider.

To use Nomadly you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide accurate and truthful personal information
• Use the platform in a lawful manner at all times

Users must create an account to access full platform features, keep credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all account activity. Nomadly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where these Terms are violated.

• Users browse and book services offered by Partners
• Partners are independent businesses — contracts are between User and Partner, not Nomadly
• Nomadly may facilitate payments and charge platform fees where applicable

• Prices are set independently by each Partner
• Payments may be fully processed via Nomadly, or partially (e.g. deposit) with the balance paid to the Partner directly

Nomadly is not responsible for pricing errors or refund disputes unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Cancellation policies are set by each Partner individually. Users must review these before booking.

Nomadly may offer a loyalty rewards system known as "NomadCoins":

• NomadCoins carry no monetary or cash value
• May only be redeemed within the Nomadly platform
• Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the platform
• Subject to expiry within a set timeframe

Nomadly reserves the right to modify, reduce, or remove the rewards programme and to approve or reject individual reward claims at its discretion.

• Partners must provide accurate, complete, and lawful business information
• Partners are solely responsible for the quality of services delivered
• Nomadly curates listings and reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing

By uploading content you confirm you have the legal right to share it and grant Nomadly permission to use it for platform operations. Nomadly may remove content that violates laws, misleads users, or damages the platform.

You agree not to use Nomadly for illegal activities, misrepresent your identity or services, or harm the platform or other users.

Nomadly provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for Partner service quality, booking outcomes, or losses from third-party interactions.

All branding, platform design, and content created by Nomadly are exclusive intellectual property of Nomadly. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
